С этим составом тяжёлой артиллерии и согласившись к тому же на некоторые жертвы в отношении защиты, на которые указал Министр в своей телеграмме от 23 января 1890 года, поставленная задача может быть решена в пределах водоизмещения 11800 т.

:-) Можно принять и традиционный французский "винегрет" для первой серии. Простор идеям.
Альт"Регина Елена". Год пока не ясен. а- 8 12", б- 9 12". Носовая башня м.б. установлена палубой выше - по реальной схеме. 15000 т, 23-24 уз, борт -220, палуба - до 120. Дальность плавания до 5-6 000 миль.
